If you’re reading this, it means you’re interested in becoming an ambassador for the exciting new tabletop game, Barnburners and Noblemen. This document will walk you through what it means to be an ambassador and what you can expect from the program.

What is the Ambassador Program?

The heart of this program is to empower people like you—those who believe in and enjoy this game—to spread the word and invite others into its world. It’s all about building a grassroots community, and we’re thrilled you’re considering being part of it.

What’s Required to Be an Ambassador?

The requirements are simple:

1. Host 3 events: Play Barnburners and Noblemen and teach new players at least three times.
2. Collect feedback: Ask everyone who plays to complete our simple feedback form. You can share the form via this link.
3. Provide detailed feedback: As an ambassador, we’ll also ask you to share more in-depth feedback and write a review of Barnburners and Noblemen on BoardGameGeek.com.

What Are the Benefits?

Being an ambassador comes with some exciting perks:

• Exclusive Pre-Production Set: You’ll receive one of the only pre-production sets we’ll ever create, completely free of charge. These sets are incredibly limited and may even gain value as the game grows.
• Be Part of the Story: You’ll play a key role in spreading the word and building a passionate community around the game.
• Expansion Rewards: If you complete your three events and want to keep going, we’ll send you both the Alchemist and Merchant expansions at no cost if you agree to host three additional events. This time, there’s no need for new players at every event—just provide us with your feedback on the expansions. However, if new players do join, they should also complete the feedback form.

Timeline and Launch Info

We’re gearing up for a big launch in spring 2025 (specific date coming soon). Pre-production sets will be shipped to ambassadors by the end of January 2025, and we hope all ambassadors can complete their three events before the launch. Your ability to meet this timeline will be considered during the ambassador selection process.
